Mahi Mahi, otherwise known as Dorado or Dolphinfish are common around the island's shores.

Usually found a couple of miles offshore, they do occasionally come right up to the reef edge and are great sport on light tackle.

Always leaping across the surface when hooked up, their extraordinary colours are a sight to see.
	Often caught when out trolling lures on heavy tackle for marlin, they are delicious to eat but can be quite a handful on deck if brought in green.
